Overview — What is the Trezor® Suite App?
Trezor® Suite App is the official desktop and web interface designed to pair with your Trezor® hardware wallet. It centralizes portfolio viewing, transaction signing (on-device), firmware updates, and device settings while ensuring private keys never leave the hardware.
Install & Connect
Begin at trezor.io/start. Download the Trezor® Suite App for Windows, macOS, or Linux and, if requested, install Trezor Bridge — the small native bridge that enables browser/Desktop communication with the Trezor® device. Connect your Trezor® with a data-capable cable, unlock it, and follow on-screen prompts to pair.
Common Login & Verification Flows
Trezor® login is based on cryptographic device signatures; there is no central cloud password. When Suite requests verification, it sends a challenge that your device signs. If you get “Can’t verify Trezor® Wallet,” check Bridge, firmware, and physical connection first.
Troubleshooting: Real Steps
- Trezor® Suite App not working: Reinstall Suite, reboot, and install the latest Bridge build from the official site.
- Trezor® Login not working / Unable to login: Unlock device, ensure firmware is not outdated, try another USB port, and temporarily disable firewall/USB-blocking extensions.
- Error connecting Trezor® account: Use a different cable, try the desktop Suite if web fails, clear browser cache and reauthorize device access.
- Can't verify Trezor® Wallet: Use the PIN prompt on the device and avoid copy-pasted recovery seeds — verification always happens on-device.
Account Recovery & 2FA
Recovery is seed-based. If your device is lost, restore with your 12–24 word recovery seed on another Trezor® or compatible wallet. Trezor® doesn't manage online 2FA for external services — reset 2FA directly with each service (exchange, email, etc.).
